Haggai 1:8‘Go up … and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, says the LORD.’– Oftentimes life calls for action and deliberate steps.– We cannot always be passive and just wait for things to fall into our laps.– We need to step forward, under God’s direction, and do what honours Him.– We can be a part of something bigger than ourselves when we do what pleases God.Prayer: Lord, I ask that You would give me the courage and the strength to step forward and begin to build. I choose to do what honours and pleases You. Show me the way I should go so that You can be glorified. Amen.

‘The LORD lives, and blessed be my Rock!’

– Praise Him and so shall you be saved from your enemies.
Prayer: Lord, thank You that You are my living Rock. In a changing world, You remain my strength and security. I praise You for Your goodness and faithfulness in my life. Amen.
